Transformational Breathwork & Soundbath

Step out of your thoughts and into the wisdom of your body with transformational breathwork and a deeply restorative sound bath. Join me for an immersive evening of transformational breathwork, restorative sound, and deep reconnection with yourself. I’m Kristina Harris of Moon Moon Journeys, and I look forward to sharing this experience with you. I begin the journey with an activating breathwork practice designed to awaken the body, quiet the thinking mind, and create space for deeper awareness. Through intentional breathing, sound, and energetic attunement, I invite you to explore what lies beneath the surface, release what may no longer serve you, and reconnect with your body’s innate wisdom. Following the breathwork, I offer a restorative sound bath, allowing your body and nervous system to settle as the experience gently integrates. The sounds and vibrations of the bowls invite you into stillness, surrender, and profound rest. My intention is to create a welcoming, supportive space where you can step away from the noise of everyday life and connect more deeply with yourself. Each journey is unique, offering the possibility of emotional release, expanded awareness, and meaningful personal discovery. Come as you are. No experience is necessary. Simply bring yourself and your breath. This is time for you to slow down, listen inward, and give yourself space to be. Registration & Energy Exchange You can Register here on Mindbody to reserve your spot for the Transformational Breathwork & Soundbath Journey at Lila’s Yoga Studio. The energy exchange is $35, and you’re welcome to pay in advance or at the door on the day of the event. Preparing for the Journey Doors open at 6:00 PM, and the journey begins at 6:15 PM. Yoga mats and blankets are provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own. Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to breathe freely. If possible, avoid eating for at least two hours before the journey to allow time for digestion, and stay well hydrated in the 24 hours leading up to the event.
