Sound Bath and Journaling

An intimate morning of sound, journaling, and honest conversation. Give yourself two slow hours outdoors this Sunday morning. The Sound Bath + Journaling Circle is a small, intimate gathering in Mountain View Park in Burbank, for anyone who wants to pause, reflect, and connect. We’ll start with a sound bath under the trees to help you settle in. Then we’ll take time to journal with gentle prompts, and close in circle with space to share what came up. Sharing is always optional, and listening counts too. Seats are limited to 10 so that everyone has room to be heard.
