The Creative Shift

A guided creative wellness experience with tea, reflective writing, intention card-making and sound bath. The Creative Shift is an intimate creative wellness experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and tap into your natural flow. During this guided hour, we will explore creativity as a practice of presence—not performance. Through tea, reflective writing, intention card-making, and sound integration, you will be invited to listen inward, express what is ready to emerge, and create something meaningful to carry with you. No writing or artistic experience is needed. Simply come as you are, with a willingness to pause, explore, and connect. What to expect: • A grounding tea experience • Guided reflective writing • Intention card-making • A closing sound bath • A personal creation to take home • An intimate small-group setting All writing and creative materials will be provided.
