Creativity Flowshop

Join Jen and Carianne for a cozy afternoon of creative flow where you can slow down, reconnect, and explore your own creativity. This creativity flowshop is an immersive experience designed to nourish the body, quiet the mind, and awaken your creative spirit. Through a blend of yoga, breathwork, and intuitive art-making, we’ll create space to move beyond the everyday and reconnect with the natural flow of inspiration within. Together, we’ll explore a unique art project that invites curiosity, self-expression, and the freedom to create without expectations. Reiki and a soothing sound bath will offer an opportunity to soften, restore, and receive, while herbal tea provides a moment of grounding and connection to close our container together. This is not about making something perfect, rather, it's about embracing the process, following your intuition, and allowing creativity to unfold in its own way. We welcome all those willing to explore something new. Come to reconnect. Come to explore. Come to create. Let yourself flow.
