Erickson brings to the mat a lifetime of movement, mindfulness, and heart-centered teaching. After nearly two decades as a devoted student before becoming a teacher, she's now guided more than 2,500 yoga classes and is currently enrolled in Stanford's YogaX program, training in trauma-informed therapeutic yoga.
