EXHALE

One hour of guided breathwork led by Sara Platt of Breathwoke, on the floor, lights low. Come as you are, breathe, and let the week go. About the Event: A structured breathwork session led by Sara Platt, certified breathwork facilitator and founder of Breathwoke. Her workshops blend intentional breath, evocative music and sound to create a space that's grounding, vulnerable and deeply personal. Held on the studio floor with mats and pillows out and the lights dropped low, Sara guides the room through an hour of physical, active breathing set to music. It's more intense than a typical meditation class, and first-timers often describe it as surprisingly demanding. It's a solo-friendly format: most people come alone. The appeal is less about socializing and more about what Sara calls holding space to show up as you are and have exactly the experience you need that day. PHONE FREE: A Little Time Offline For a couple of hours, we’re putting the screens away. We’ll provide a safe place to leave your phone when you arrive, so you can settle in, play, talk, and be fully at the table. Phones will still be there when the night is over. Hopefully with a few new numbers to add to it.
