WHAT TO EXPECT When daylight saving time shifts our internal clock, even an hour can affect our sleep, energy, and circadian rhythm. As our bodies adjust, it’s a chance to slow down, tune in, and be more intentional about how we feel. Join Daphne for an immersive experience designed to help you release what you’ve been carrying and create space for what’s next. We’ll begin with gentle stretching to soften the body and release tension, followed by a guided breathwork journey to explore, feel, and reconnect with ourselves. An opportunity to pause, let go, and align with the seasonal shifts. EVENT FLOW 7pm-7:30pm: Doors Open Arrive, settle in, and take your time getting comfortable. 7:30-8:30pm: Breathwork Experience by Daphne Enjoy guided breathwork designed to help you slow down, reset, and settle into the evening. 8:30-9pm: Reception Enjoy Rishi tea, socialize with other attendees, explore the studio, and discover gifts from our wellness partners. GIFTING Every attendee will receive a curated gift bag of wellness essentials from our partners, along with a gift card for a complimentary float session at Pause. WHAT TO BRING Please arrive in comfortable clothing to relax in. Mats and eye masks will be provided.
