The weekend will come full circle on Sunday when the core group reunites for an exclusive Pool & Cabana experience with a private hot tub—beginning as a unit and ending as a unit. 7:30–8:30 p.m. | Awakening the Desert Muse Experience Begin the weekend with intention, connection, and a shared desire to awaken and arouse your muse. Olivia will introduce the language of energetics, explore the deeper meaning behind Desert Muse, and invite the group to embrace sisterhood as the foundation of the weekend. 8:30–10:00 p.m. | Immersive Soundbath Tropicana Room | Hotel Valley Ho Unwind in an immersive, women-only sound bath designed to calm the mind, restore the body, and foster connection through healing vibrations. Taran will guide you through a deeply restorative journey featuring channeled words, meditation, ethereal vocal harmonies, and the healing frequencies of singing bowls, gongs, drums, flutes, hand pan, rain stick, chimes, guitar, piano, harp, and other instruments. Allow this calming experience to support emotional release, reduce stress, restore balance, and deepen your sense of awareness and ease. Desert Muse encourages comfort, authentic expression, and desert-inspired style, so wear comfortable clothing suited for relaxation and meditation—think flowing fabrics, light layers, or elevated activewear. A yoga mat and yoga towel will be provided for you. The evening will conclude with meaningful discussion and shared reflection, leaving you feeling grounded, connected, and ready for the weekend ahead. This is a women-only, all-levels experience, and no previous sound-bath or meditation experience is necessary. Take in sweeping views of Camelback Mountain and Downtown Scottsdale as restorative Yin poses and deep stretches help release tension, improve flexibility, restore balance, and create space to let go of emotions that no longer serve you. Wear comfortable, movement-friendly clothing such as flowing fabrics, light layers, or elevated activewear. A yoga mat and yoga towel will be provided.
