Whether you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, stretched thin, or simply in need of a moment to breathe, this experience was created to support deep rest and nervous system restoration. No yoga experience is necessary. Upon arrival, drive down the left side of the building toward the hangars and park in the rear lot. The entertance to the halo sanctuary is in the front of the building. The correct entrance is with the large bell to the right of the door. Guests will be asked to remove their shoes before entering the studio. Cubbies are available for personal belongings.
