Join us Friday, October 2nd at 7 PM for our monthly Sound Bath + Social Hour Settle in for a deeply relaxing sound experience designed to help you slow down, reset and recharge. You’ll rest comfortably while being immersed in the sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other instruments with our guest sound practitioner, Sarah of Soulnique Sound. Sound baths use vibrational healing sounds and frequencies to support emotional well-being, relaxation, help quiet a busy mind and offer a simple way to step away from the pace of everyday life. No experience is needed. Just come as you are, get comfortable and enjoy an hour of stillness and sound, followed by a social hour with complimentary beverages and light snacks.
