An all levels, yoga class benefitting Kid in the Corner an organization that shatters the stigma around mental illness. Join us for an all levels, yoga class that will include breath work, meditation, and education on balancing your mental health and regulating your nervous system. Participants will leave refreshed, renewed and revived with tools to use on their own. Mats and blocks available. A sound bath, essential oils and light refreshments will also be provided.
