Heart Focused Yoga Flow & Hypnosis

Join us for a cozy evening, beginning with a heart opening yoga flow with Kari, and then transitioning to a guided hypnosis with Tayler. Join us for a slow, cozy evening designed to help you unwind, open your heart, and reconnect with yourself. On November 21st from 5:00–6:15 PM at Abundant Space in Scottsdale, we’ll gather in a dimly lit, peaceful setting and move from gentle movement into deep relaxation and inner connection. We’ll begin with 45 minutes of Vinyasa yoga led by Kari, centered around the Heart Chakra and the intention of opening, releasing, and creating space for love and gratitude. Kari will then guide you into Savasana at the end of her flow with a calming breathing exercise, allowing your body to become still and your mind to settle. From there, Tayler will gently guide you into a 25-minute hypnosis experience focused on opening the Heart Chakra and cultivating gratitude. Hypnosis does the work for you—you don’t need to try to make anything happen. All you have to do is get comfortable, relax, and allow your subconscious mind to tune in. Come cozy, come as you are, and give yourself permission to slow down for the evening. Let the movement open the body, let the breath quiet the mind, and let the hypnosis take you a little deeper.
