Honoring Your Boundaries This is not a sexual experience. It is a guided embodiment practice designed to help you reconnect with yourself through breath, movement, and presence. Erotic refers to your life force, the part of you that feels alive, connected, and fully expressed. Your level of participation is always your choice. You're invited to move, breathe, explore, or simply rest. This is a judgment-free space where honoring your body's wisdom is encouraged. Who Is This For? What to Expect Opening Circle – Meet your guide, Cass, Embodied Pleasure Coach, and arrive in the space through intention, safety, and connection. Erotic Breathwork – A gentle guided practice to reconnect with your body, deepen sensation, and begin expanding your capacity to receive pleasure. Sensual Movement – Gentle stretching and intuitive movement to awaken your senses, invite curiosity, and connect more deeply with your body’s wisdom. Integration Circle – Close in community with an optional sharing circle to reflect on your experience, integrate what you discovered, and simply be witnessed. What to Wear Comfortable clothing you can move freely in, such as yoga or workout attire. What to Bring Just yourself, an open mind, and a willingness to explore.
