Rooted: Yin Yoga, & Sound Bath

This 90 minute session is a restorative practices to help you slow down, reconnect, and reset your nervous system. ROOTED 🌿: The Art of Letting Go Yin Yoga + Sound Bath Experience Releasing what no longer serves you. Making peace with what you cannot change. Creating space for what comes next. Not everything you carry is yours to keep. Sometimes, we hold on to things long after they’ve stopped bringing us peace. And somewhere along the way, holding on begins to feel more familiar than letting go. But letting go doesn’t mean forgetting. It doesn’t mean what happened didn’t matter. And it doesn’t mean you have to be ready for everything that comes next. Sometimes, letting go simply means choosing not to carry the same weight anymore. ROOTED: The Art of Letting Go is an invitation to release those expectations, breathe, be present, and remember that you are allowed to move forward at your own pace. Through gentle, long-held Yin yoga postures, grounding breathwork, guided relaxation, and a restorative crystal singing bowl sound bath, we’ll create space to soften the body, quiet the noise of outside expectations, and turn our attention inward.
