Come together to breathe, soften and open your heart, release the armor you've been carrying and remember who we are beneath all the roles! You are invited to step away from the noise of everyday life and join us for an intimate circle for women who are ready to create a new reality from a space of love. If you've been carrying a heavy weight, navigating a season of change, or simply longing for a deeper, more genuine connection, Join us! Come together to breathe, soften and open your heart, release the armor you've been carrying and remember who we are beneath all the roles, expectations, and stories we've learned to carry. This is an invitation to transition out of survival mode and begin releasing the conditioning, old patterns, and inherited weights that no longer serve the woman you are becoming. Together, we will create space for a new way of being, one with more consciousness, balance, self-awareness, and connection. This circle includes: Heart-Opening Ceremonial Cacao We will open our circle by sharing pure ceremonial cacao from Guatemala (where Karla is from), a beautiful ancestral tradition that invites us to slow down, connect with our hearts, and create space for intention and reflection. Cacao is shared in Guatemala around the fire or in celebrations with indigenous people to connect with their higher self, their ancestors and the spirit of Cacao (Great Spirit) Sacred Sisterhood, Connection & Healing Karla will guide each one through a sacred healing process. Experience the beauty of being surrounded by women who are walking their own journeys of growth and transformation. A safe and grounding space to share, listen, and be witnessed without judgment or expectations. Guided Meditation & Drumming Through ancestral wisdom, intuitive guidance, and reflective practices, you are invited to reconnect with your center, explore the stories you've been carrying, and create space for greater inner peace. The medicine of the drum helps regulate our nervous system, aligning our own heartbeat with the rhythm of the Earth until they beat as one. Come experience the oneness. Grounding & Closing Circle We will close our gathering by integrating our experiences, anchoring our intentions, and honoring the insights and connections we've created together. My intention is for you to leave feeling lighter, more connected to yourself, and supported by the women around you.
