Weekly founder and investor dance meetup with Mz ’Please Me’ (Film Week)

🎵This Week’s Theme: Learn & FILM "Please Me" This week we learn and film Bada Lee's choreography "Please Me" (Cardi B & Bruno Mars). It's a fast-paced 30" clip that can take up the full 1.5 hours to grasp. I'm sharing two video clips of the same choreography. For questions about what happens to "Sun Kiss", check out the FAQ below. Neutral colors preferred. Hoodie, cap, beanie optional to style the look — the dance starts from a nod and a cap tip. Q: What does "Sun Kiss" performance look like for the 12/6 Christmas party? As of 9/21, 7 folks voted for covering the full dance and the group will start practicing async in full swing in Oct. We will cover the 7-dancer full dance with the option of expanding formation to include all those who have learned the chorus parts and wanted to join the performance at 1'13" - 1'35" & 2'10" - 2'25". Q: Why do we start a new dance this week (9/27) instead of continue practicing "Sun Kiss"? Additional group training yields diminishing efficiency before folks have memorized the Sun Kiss routine: In the 13th & 20th dance sessions, we have already learned majority of the group dance and for the rest of the choreography, there are movement variations for each member and thus requires individualized practices. New dances we will learn can go into the Christmas party performance repertoire too if the Captains agree.
