This special evening is centered on release, restoration, and creating space for what comes next through ceremonial cacao, guided breathwork, deep relaxation, and immersive sound. From the moment you arrive, you’ll be invited to slow down and step out of the pace of everyday life. The experience is designed to help you feel more present, more grounded, and more connected to yourself. We’ll begin with ceremonial cacao to support heart-centered intention setting, followed by gentle breathwork and a Yoga Nidra–based deep relaxation practice designed to help the body soften, the mind quiet, and your awareness turn inward. From there, you’ll be invited to lie back, get comfortable, and simply receive. Crystal singing bowls, grounding gong vibrations, soft chimes, and the flowing tones of the ocean drum will create an immersive soundscape around you. You may notice your breathing slow, your body relax more deeply, mental chatter begin to soften, and a greater sense of spaciousness and calm emerge. As the layers of sound move around and through you, you’ll have space to rest, reflect, release tension, and reconnect with what feels most important to you. This is not about doing more.
