Join us for this class where you will learn to create sharp edges on your cakes while working with Chocolate Ganache! About this class: In this class Steph will teach you how to achieve a sharp edge and smooth chocolate ganache cake using acrylic discs. Once you’ve perfected the ganache technique, you’ll also be introduced to beginner piping skills, which will allow you to add elegant finishing touches to your cake design. Followed by how to arrange fresh flowers on your finished cake Each student will receive a real cake that they will apply chocolate ganache, materials needed to prep flowers and piping ganache. This class is perfect for beginners or cake decorators looking to improve their ganache techniques and develop confidence in piping. A ticket must be purchased for each individual attending the class. • Class requires a minimum of 2 students and there is a maximum of 4 students. In the event of insufficient enrollment, you will receive a full refund. • Class will run approximately 3 hours. Please note that the class is hands-on and may run over or under schedule. Cancellation Policy: Changes and cancellations...we know life happens so we try our best to be flexible while being fair to our instructors who purchase supplies and bake for each student. Full refunds or credits are available for cancellations made at least 5 days prior to the class. If you need to cancel after 5 days but at least 48 hours in advance, we can offer you a credit for a future class. We cannot offer any credits for cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled class.
