Stick Mobility uses specially designed mobility sticks to help you stretch, strengthen, and explore movement in a way that feels good for your body. This class is great for anyone looking to improve flexibility, mobility, balance, posture, and overall confidence in how they move. During class, you'll work on: • Improving flexibility and range of motion • Increasing joint mobility and stability • Building functional strength through gentle resistance • Improving balance, posture, and body awareness • Reducing stiffness and helping your body move more comfortably No membership or previous experience is needed. All ages and fitness levels are welcome, and every movement can be adjusted to meet you where you are. And don't worry about bringing equipment — we provide the sticks!
