Kick off the week with an in-person yoga flow to stretch, reset, and ease into the week feeling good. Mindful Movement Monday Yoga Ritual Join us for our weekly community yoga ritual. We are located at iO Arts center, a beautifully charming venue in Palisades, NY just south of Piermont and Nyack and north of Bergen County, NJ. We will enjoy an empowering Vinyassa Flow followed by a transcendent singing bowl sound bath medetation. Let’s get moving!
