A relaxed, no-pressure introduction to meditation for complete beginners. $30 per session — chairs and cushions provided. Never meditated before? Perfect — this session was made for you. "Beginners Welcome" is a relaxed, no-pressure introduction to meditation. You'll be guided step by step through a simple self-reflection method: noticing the thoughts and stress you've been holding, and learning how to let them go. Most first-timers are surprised by how calm and clear they feel afterward. What to expect: - A warm welcome and brief intro (no experience needed) - 30 minutes of guided meditation - A short talk on how the practice works, plus open Q&A - An invitation to continue with our center's regular program if you'd like What to bring: Just yourself.
