Join us for an innovative mind-and-body practice combining the practical tools of 12-step recovery programs with the physical and spiritual practices of yoga. Sessions include meditation, a group sharing circle, and gentle, intentional yoga focused on embodiment of the steps. Y12SR is a free offering. Donations of $10-$15 are deeply appreciated. Your presence matters most. What to expect: • Community gathering • 12-step-style sharing • 45 minutes of gentle yoga, with short meditation • Occasional Yoga Nidra (resting yoga) • NOTE: Y12SR is not a replacement for meetings, it's an additional tool for recovery.
