When we think about nervous system regulation, we often picture sitting quietly, taking deep breaths, or meditating. But regulation isn't one-size-fits-all, and it certainly doesn't always have to happen sitting still! Join Grounded by Lindsay for a playful, interactive two-hour workshop where we'll explore different ways to support our nervous systems through movement, music, grounding exercises, and hands-on experiences. What to expect: • MOVE: Explore gentle and playful movement as a way to support regulation. • PLAY: Experiment with grounding techniques, sensory experiences, and practical regulation tools. • LISTEN: Get curious about your body's signals and discover what works best for YOU. Throughout the workshop, you'll have opportunities to reflect, connect, and begin building your own personalized nervous system regulation toolkit. No dance experience required.
