We will cover from start to finish what it takes to make some tasty, quality sausages while sampling 3 different, appropriately paired brews. This class is hands on, which is perfect for any culinary enthusiest, hunter/ outdoorsmen, homesteaders or anyone wanting 1 on 1 instruction on making great sausages.
