Aromatherapy for Pain Relief

Discover how essential oils can ease your aches and pains in this hands-on workshop. Join Paula Czapla of A Life in Balance and certified aromatherapist Valentina Killough for a one-hour, hands-on workshop exploring pain from both a physical therapy and aromatherapy perspective. Paula will begin with a brief discussion about pain, followed by an introduction by Valentina to essential oils for areas such as muscle soreness, back and neck discomfort, joint stiffness, headaches, and other everyday aches. You’ll learn how different essential oils are selected based on their properties and intended use, along with simple, safe ways to incorporate them into a personal wellness routine. Then you’ll create your own customized aromatherapy roller blend to take home. Valentina will guide each participant through the oil selection process so you can choose a blend that best fits the type of discomfort you personally want to address. All materials are included, and no previous experience with essential oils is necessary. Come learn, ask questions, and leave with a personalized blend you can continue using as part of your at-home self-care routine.
