Stories Around The Mat

Do you love yoga?
Been trying to get into meditation?
Need a quiet afternoon to finally read that book? Join us for a relaxed Sunday reset where movement, mindfulness, books, and connection come together. We’ll start with a gentle yoga session and meditation, settle into some quiet reading time, and then open things up for mingling and conversation — creating a balance between peaceful moments and genuine connection. Come solo, bring a friend, or come ready to meet someone new. No yoga or meditation experience required — just bring yourself and a book you love. A cozy Sunday reset for your mind, body & soul. Come move, meditate, read, and connect at Stories Around the Mat. Bring your current read, come solo or with a friend, and leave with a little more peace (and maybe a few new friends). No experience needed — just come as you are. Link in comments or scan QR code on pinned post! Link: https://partiful.com/e/shBWjBmhd616rD0ToJId?c=0lk7jEaD
