What is falling in you? Join Wellness Practitioner Charity Faye for an experience filled with sound and reflection to release and be held. Something is always falling this time of year. Leaves. Light. Old stories. The trees don't apologize for it. They loosen their grip and trust the ground to meet them. What is falling in you? Falling Open is a communal gathering for the honest answer. Through sound, journaling, and brief moments to reflect and share, we'll name what we're ready to release and all the ways we want to be held. Nothing to fix. Nothing to perform. Belonging isn't something you earn. It's something you fall into. Come tender. Come tired. Come as you are.
