Full Moon Cacao Circle & Sound Bath : Connect to Your Purpose

An intimate, cacao, sound, and energy-healing ceremony at the Repurpose Your Life© Center. November’s theme is Connect to Your Purpose. Full Moon Cacao Circle & Sound Bath: Heal Within Heal Within: Connect to Your Purpose An intimate monthly cacao, sound bath, and energy healing circle What gives your life meaning—and are you making enough space for it? November often encourages us to consider what we are grateful for. This month’s Heal Within gathering takes that reflection deeper by inviting you to explore what matters most, what gives your life meaning, and what you feel called to create, experience, or contribute. You do not need to have your entire purpose figured out. This gathering offers space to slow down, listen within, and reconnect with the values, desires, and inner knowing that may already be guiding you. Held at the Repurpose Your Life™ Micro Healing Center on Manhattan’s Upper West Side, this three-hour gathering is limited to six guests. I prepare each ceremony with the people attending in mind from the altar and the way I guide the experience to the personal ritual gift each guest takes home. We’ll begin by settling into the space and sharing ceremonial cacao. From there, I’ll guide you through reflection inspired by November’s Connect to Your Purpose theme, followed by an immersive sound bath and optional individual energy work through my shamanic practice. There will be time to connect with the circle, explore what arises, and integrate your experience before we close. You do not have to perform, find the perfect answer, or share anything you are not ready to share. You are welcome exactly as you are. Your Experience Includes • An intimate circle limited to six guests • Ceremonial cacao • Guided reflection inspired by the Connect to Your Purpose theme • An immersive sound bath • Optional individual energy cleansing and energy work • A carefully prepared altar and ceremonial space • Time for personal reflection, connection, and integration • A shared closing circle • A personal ritual gift selected with care Who This Circle Is For This gathering may be for you if you: • Feel disconnected from your direction or purpose • Are questioning what matters most to you now • Want to reconnect with your values and inner voice • Are moving through a transition or entering a new chapter • Want space to pause and listen without outside pressure • Are seeking a more meaningful way to reflect during the Thanksgiving season No previous experience with ceremonial cacao, sound baths, meditation, or energy work is needed.
