Mahjong naturally brings together several dimensions of wellness: · Intellectual wellness: learning, concentration, memory and strategy · Social wellness: connection, conversation, laughter and community · Emotional wellness: relaxation, enjoyment and stress reduction · Mindfulness: focused attention and being present in the moment away from the screen All levels of mahjong players are welcome!
