Sound Bath: What We Carry, What Carries Us

Sound. Journaling. Community. A harvest sound bath to release what’s heavy and gather what holds you up. What are you carrying? And what has been carrying you? This gathering is a communal sound bath in two movements. We’ll move through a landscape of sound that meets the body where it’s tired and asks it to soften. Part One: What We Carry. Through sound, journaling, and moments to reflect and share, you’ll name what’s heavy and set it down, even if only for one night. Part Two: What Carries Us. Then we turn toward what has held us up. Through more sound, writing, and sharing by invitation, we’ll gather our harvest of support and let ourselves be carried. You don’t have to carry it all, and you never did. Come tender. Come full. Come as you are. Bring: a journal and pen, a yoga mat or blanket, and anything that makes you feel cozy.
