Pneuma Breathwork

Join us at the Ojai Pneuma Center for a safe journey within, using the breath and intention to connect with the innate wisdom of your heart. Pneuma Breathwork is a profound and unique practice that naturally takes us to extraordinary or transpersonal states. Amplified states of consciousness allow for the exploration of the deepest internal dimensions of the psyche. The goal of this practice is to open our perception to connect with our spiritual essence, which leads to healing, inner peace, and greater well-being in our lives. The breathwork is accompanied by music specially prepared for this transpersonal journey. After the practice, we integrate our experience through the creative expression of drawing a mandala and sharing our insights in a supportive environment. Some benefits: • Unblocks repressed emotions through understanding and forgiveness without the need for painful catharsis. • Produces states of recognition of Love, Peace, and Happiness. • Stimulates the energetic centres allowing the free flow of energy. • Allows for experiences with Archetypes, Myths, and Symbols from the most diverse ancient traditions generating an understanding of important processes in our lives. • Purifies and detoxifies vital organs such as the lungs, blood vessels, and blood. • Stimulates and strengthens the nervous system.
