When Children experience traumatic events they can have lasting effects on their mental health, medical health and well-being. WHEN CHILDREN EXPERIENCE TRAUMATIC EVENTS, IT CAN HAVE LASTING EFFECTS ON THEIR MENTAL HEALTH AND WELLBEING. THESE EVENTS ARE CALLED ACES. THIS IMPORTANT TRAINING HELPS TO RAISE AWARENESS AND PROVIDE RESOURCES IN EFFORT TO REDUCE ACES, FOSTER RESILENCE, AND IMPROVE THE OVERALL HEALTH OF OUR COMMUNITIES. COME JOIN US FOR AN INTERACTIVE TRAINING, IMPACTFUL DISCUSSIONS, AND ENGAGING VIDEOS! TOPICS DISUSSED IN THIS CLASS MAY BE A TRIGGER FOR SOME PARTICIPANTS.
