Join us for a free 2 hour seminar full of real self defense techniques that will increase your confidence. What would you do if someone grabbed you without warning? Could you break free if someone tried to restrain you or force you to go with them? Could you escape if you were pinned underneath someone? Join us for a FREE 2-hour Women’s Self-Defense Seminar designed specifically for first-time students. You’ll learn practical skills for real-world situations, including: • How to break free from an unexpected grab • How to prevent an attacker from moving or abducting you • How to escape when an attacker has you pinned • Situational awareness, boundary setting, and recognizing danger before it escalates Absolutely no experience is needed. All abilities are welcome, and everything will be taught in a supportive, encouraging environment.
