Love Songs on Sunday's Sunrise Yoga and Hike Experience

Ground before LSOS with sunrise yoga and a community trail hike at Oak Grove Park. Donation-based and open to all experience levels. An LSOS Sunrise Yoga and Community Hike Before we gather for the Love Songs on Sundays Festival, we’re meeting beneath the morning sky to ground, move, and connect. Join us at Oak Grove Park for a gentle sunrise yoga flow followed by a community hike along the trail. This experience is an invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, meet fellow community members, and intentionally shift with the season before stepping into the energy of the festival. No previous yoga or hiking experience is needed—come exactly as you are. Saturday, November 15 | 7:00–9:00 a.m. • 6:45-7:00a.m.--Welcome and Arrival (Settle In) • 7:00–7:45 a.m. — Sunrise Yoga Flow A grounding, all-levels practice designed to awaken the body, settle the mind, and create space for the season ahead. • 7:45–8:00 a.m. — Transition and Community Connection • 8:00–9:00 a.m. — Community Trail Hike We’ll move through the trail together, connect with nature, and build community ahead of the LSOS Festival. What to Bring • Yoga mat or beach towel • Comfortable, movement-friendly clothing • Supportive walking shoes • Water bottle • Bug spray • Light jacket or layers for the morning air • An open heart and willingness to connect Admission This is a donation-based, pay-what-you-can experience.
