The holidays can be a beautiful time of year, but they can also bring memories, emotions, and an empty seat at the table. You don't have to navigate the holidays alone. Join us for a safe and supportive group session where we will explore ways to cope with grief, honor our loved ones, manage difficult emotions, and find moments of peace during the holiday season.
