Join Luna Serenity for a 60-minute floating sound bath in the heated indoor pool at Aspen Hill Club. You’ll rest on a floating mat while being immersed in the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments. Because sound travels more efficiently through water than through air, the vibrations can move throughout the pool in a uniquely immersive way. Combined with the gentle movement and weightlessness of floating, this experience is designed to help quiet mental chatter, release tension, and invite the body into deep relaxation. What to Expect The experience will begin with a brief welcome and grounding practice before participants transition onto their floats. You will then be guided into an extended sound bath while resting on the water. After the sound bath, you’ll be welcomed back to land with a warm cup of herbal tea - a comforting moment to warm the body, integrate the experience, and transition gently back into your evening. No previous meditation or sound bath experience is necessary, and no active swimming is required. Participants should be comfortable being in a swimming pool. Please Bring • A swimsuit • A towel • A change of clothes • An optional robe, cover-up, or warm layer for after the session Floating mats will be provided. If you would like to upgrade your floating device so that you are not immersed in the water (picture below) there are a LIMITED qty's available for upgrade in the add ons. Please be sure to arrive 15 minutes early. All participants are required to complete a waiver on site.
