She will take you on a journey within to first access and release the energies that no longer serve and then support your connection to the states of peace, flow, and joy. While laying down on a yoga mat, music is played and Nicole will point/lightly touch energy centers or meridian points on the body. Similar to reiki but much stronger - the energy is very intelligent and knows where to go. This transmission can help with insomnia, body aches and pains, migraines, anxiety, and high stress levels, it can help increase intuitive and overall mental emotional, and physical health.
