Full Moon Yoga at The Seagate Beach Club

Join us for Full Moon Yoga with The Coco Yogi, Corey Heyman Experience a soulful evening on the sand as The Coco Yogi, Corey Heyman, guides a grounding full moon flow designed to harness the moon’s heightened energy. This practice invites release, renewal, and a deeper connection to the natural rhythms around us. Under the glow of the full moon, you’ll move with intention, breathe with purpose, and settle into a space that quiets the mind while energizing the body and spirit. Please bring a tapestry, towel, or blanket for the sand and a water bottle. Weather Call: As we move into fast‑changing weather patterns, updates will be shared one hour prior to Full Moon Yoga. Please check your email before heading out. A moment to let go, reconnect, and rise with the moon. See you on the shoreline.
