Tea Ceremony and Sound Journey with Jia

A Chinese tea ceremony followed by a soothing sound journey with crystal singing bowls and chimes. We will start with The Chinese Tea Ceremony, allowing us to slow down, be present, and connect with ourselves and others. Selecting high-quality tea, appreciating its aroma and taste, and enjoying the serene atmosphere of the tea ceremony can calm the mind and relax the body, preparing us for the upcoming sound journey. Let this calming experience be your pathway to a more balanced and harmonious life. Sound journey will follow the tea ceremony. We will be enveloped in the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments, allowing the vibrations to wash over us and bring us into a state of deep relaxation and inner peace. Through the combination of tea ceremony and sound journey, we aim to create a harmonious and rejuvenating experience that nurtures the mind, body, and soul. Join us for an unforgettable journey of self-discovery and inner harmony. Instructor: Jia Li, Founder of Tea Tell Truth. Please be on time or plan to arrive 15 mins early.
