Sound Bath on Juno Beach

Join me for a relaxing mind and body reset at Juno Beach Pier What is a Sound Bath? It is a deeply intensive and relaxing experience that uses sound and nature's energy to promote your mental and physical well-being. During the session, I will use a variety of instruments tuned to create harmonious and soothing sounds that resonate with your mind and body. On the beach, it is especially powerful as the waves bring their own energy and ground the mind and body in a way only nature can. One of the best parts is that you have to do absolutely nothing, but allow yourself to be still, the sound does all the work for you! It is a great way to intentionally start your week with your health and well-being as a top priority.
