Gratitude & Grounding | Wellness Before the Holidays

An intentional evening created for clinicians and professionals to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and build meaningful connections Join us for an intentional evening designed for clinicians and professionals to pause, reflect, and reconnect before the holiday season begins. This wellness networking social offers an opportunity to slow down from the demands of everyday life, practice gratitude, and cultivate meaningful connections within our local professional community. Through guided reflection, relaxed conversation, and a welcoming atmosphere, we’ll create space to celebrate the year’s growth, ground ourselves in the present, and nurture the connections that support both our personal and professional well-being. Whether you’re looking to recharge, connect with like-minded professionals, or simply make space for yourself before the holiday rush, this experience is an invitation to pour back into yourself while building community with others. Come as you are. Leave feeling grounded, grateful, and connected. Registration Required.
