Camphor Church 104th Anniversary Worship Service and Legacy Luncheon

Celebrate Camphor Church’s 104 years of faith, service, and community! Join us for anniversary worship and luncheon honoring legacy pillars. Join us for Camphor Church’s 104th Anniversary Worship Service and Luncheon as we celebrate 104 years of faith, fellowship, and service to our West Philadelphia community. We warmly invite all current and former members, pastors, family, and friends to come home to Camphor for this special occasion. This year, we will honor seven pillars of our church whose dedication and outstanding contributions have blessed our congregation and the wider community: • Mr. and Mrs. Norris Molock, with special recognition of Mr. Molock’s 102nd birthday this year • Aneita Duglas, Church Secretary • Kathryn Jasper, Church Treasurer • Ethel Hendricks, founder of Morning by Morning Ministries • Ukee Washington, celebrating 40 years in broadcasting • Pearlease Wyatt, Communion Steward We will also honor the Adams family, who are descendants of Camphor's first members, John and Jennie (Warren) Fitchett. Together, we will give thanks for God’s faithfulness, recognize these remarkable individuals, and renew our commitment to building God’s kingdom. Following worship, enjoy a fellowship luncheon—a wonderful opportunity to reconnect, share memories, and celebrate the people who make Camphor a cherished church home. In honor of Camphor’s 104th Anniversary, we invite you to make a special gift of $104—one dollar for each year of faith and service. Your generosity will help sustain our ministries and continue sharing God’s love throughout our church and community. We gratefully welcome gifts of any amount. Come celebrate our history, honor our pillars, and help us embrace the future with faith and hope!
