Cozy up with a warm cup of tea while learning the basics behind tea and chocolate pairing. Join chocolate sommelier Estelle Tracy for an exclusive tea & chocolate pairing event at Scout Café. The theme will be FALL FLAVORS. Think piping hot black tea, warm spices, and maple sugar. The price includes four tea and craft chocolate pairings. Some teas will contain caffeine. All featured chocolate is made using transparently traded cacao beans. Additional tea and chocolate bars will be available for purchase. About Estelle Tracy Estelle Tracy is an award-winning food writer and chocolate sommelier with a French accent. Since 2016, she’s led hundreds of chocolate tastings and pairing events nationally and internationally. Some of her clients include Google, Amazon, and the Pennsylvani Bar Association.
