In this class, you’ll experience the sensation of being weightless as the hammock supports your body, allowing you to release tension, stretch more deeply, and improve flexibility without strain. The poses are held for longer periods, encouraging mindfulness, soothing the nervous system, and promoting deep rest. Whether you’re new to aerial yoga or an experienced yogi, this class will help you find balance, ease, and a renewed sense of calm.
