Relax and restore with yoga and a soothing sound journey. Release stress, find stillness, and reconnect within. All are welcome. Unwind and relax at Restorative Yoga & Sound Journey, guided by Kristina and Melinda, the co-founders of Morphos Haven. This deeply nourishing practice invites you to melt into stillness with gentle restorative poses supported by props, allowing the nervous system to settle and the body to release tension. As you rest, soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other vibrational instruments will wash over you, promoting energetic balance and emotional clarity. This class is suitable for all levels and especially supportive for those who feel stressed, fatigued, or in need of grounding. Together, we create a sacred space for deep rest, inner healing, and connection to self. Let this be your weekly ritual of renewal — a chance to slow down, soften, and return home to your heart. Our space will be outdoors in the grass field at the PARC. Please register at least 1 hour prior.
