Cypher HIIT Dance Fitness is rooted in hip-hop culture and its many elements, blending party vibes, throwbacks, house, New Jack Swing, club bangers, and world-influenced sounds. Its signature X-Factor, BreakdanceFit, brings accessible breakin’ elements into the dance fitness experience. Together, Fly and Cypher create an experience where choreography, cardio, music, personality, culture, and community all meet on the same floor.
