Constellation Community Gathering

A warm, grounded space to explore what’s moving in your life. 2 constellations and gentle practices for connection and insight. This gathering offers an introduction to systemic constellation work in a small group setting. Together, we create a shared field where personal themes can be explored with depth, clarity, and respect. During our time together, we will hold 2 constellations, which will be drawn from the group. If you feel called to bring something, you are welcome to place your name forward. Whether you receive a constellation or take part as a representative, the process often resonates far beyond the individual and can bring insight for everyone present. Alongside the constellations, I gently guide simple, grounded exercises that support connection — to yourself, to the group, and to the wider cycles we are part of. These practices are inspired by the natural rhythms of the year and invite moments of reflection, letting go, and renewal in a way that feels accessible and embodied. There is no pressure to share. You are welcome to simply arrive, observe, and be part of the space.
