Show Up and Shine Yoga

A St Andrew's Wellbeing Centre program for Members. Please note, this event is at our neighbour Davaar House while we take the month of September to establish our new spaces. This class is perfect for complete beginners, offering a welcoming space to experience the health and healing benefits of yoga for both the body and mind. We'll combine static poses with mindful breathing techniques to promote relaxation, stress relief, and overall wellbeing. Everyone is welcome, including those who may have limited mobility or injuries. We can easily adapt the session for chair yoga, ensuring that no one is excluded. Classes will run for either one hour or an hour and fifteen minutes, depending on the group's needs. Wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a bottle of water. All other materials are provided.
