Sound Bath Meditation with Sonja @ Virginia

Join us in an immersive meditation leaving you feeling deeply relaxed, balanced & re-energised. Join Sonja from Hope & Harmony and be immersed in the sounds of crystal bowls, chimes, pyramids, drums & gongs in this evening workshop at the John McVeity Centre. Sound therapy is effective in not only achieving a state of relaxation but it also has a way of moving through blockages in the body. Sound Therapy has been known to help treat such conditions as stress, anxiety, high blood pressure, depression, sleep disorders & pain. Modern-day life can be stressful & if you’ve tried other ways to relax with little success, this may be for you! Some people find it less challenging than other meditations because the sound keeps their mind occupied, making it easier to enter into deep states of calm.
