Red Tent Gathering Moorooka

A space for women to slow down, connect, be seen and experience sisterhood in ways everyday life rarely gives us the space for. This Red Tent gatherings is designed as a space for connection, embodiment and sisterhood. A chance to step outside the usual rhythms and roles of everyday life, drop into the body, connect meaningfully with other women, hold space for one another, and explore what it means to soften into feminine power. So much of our time is spent doing, working, caring and giving our energy to the world around us. Here we aim to create a different kind of space, centred around presence, receiving, nurturing and shared experience. This intimate gathering will weave together movement and nervous-system regulation, one-to-one connection, a sound journey and a light language and sacred healing transmission. Here, there’s nothing you need to perform or achieve. You’re invited to arrive as you are and participate at your own pace. Our intention is that you leave feeling nourished, revitalised and energetically topped up by a much-needed dose of female connection. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one, as we’ll have a few available but not enough for everyone. Bring a water bottle, and a notebook if you feel inclined.
